Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are limited — but we stand behind our work.
Templates
Digital template purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is corrupt, mis-described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days for a fix or refund.
Custom design & Edit-For-Me
Custom work includes revisions as scoped. Refunds are not available once design work has begun, but we will iterate until the agreed scope is met.
Full Ownership
Full Ownership purchases are final, as the item is permanently removed from sale on your behalf.
How to request
Email us via the Contact page with your order number and details. Polar processes approved refunds to your original payment method.
