Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DesignPi and the purchase of digital goods and design services. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Payments and order records are processed by Polar, our merchant of record.

2. Purchases & delivery

Digital templates are delivered electronically after payment. Custom design and Edit-For-Me services are delivered within the stated timeframe once you supply the required assets.

3. Licenses

Each template is sold under a Free, General or Full Ownership license as described on its product page and on our Licensing page. Full Ownership removes the item from sale permanently.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell template files as-is, misrepresent authorship, or use the marketplace for unlawful content. See our Acceptable Use policy.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, DesignPi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the templates or services.
